2026 brings the fifth annual Out West Truck Fest! Last year, we welcomed over 4,500 people through the gate on our two day event. This year we are excited again for two full days of action- Saturday and Sunday July 4th and 5th!

VIP Vendor package deadline is June 1th 2026. Bronze and Gold vendor package deadline is June 23th 2026.

Vendor Info:

Vendors must set up on Friday. The show will follow all day Saturday and Sunday.

Because your booth will remain set up for the 3 days, we recommend lowering your tent at night (or removing your canopy) and ensuring you have sufficient anchors to withstand wind or rain.

There will be overnight security on site all weekend, however, we recommend locking up valuables and loose items inside a vehicle when you leave or taking them with you.

Power is not provided. Small quiet generators may be used with permission.

Tents, tables, chairs, etc are not provided.

No refunds will be provided after you have recieved your acceptance.

Each vendor will be provided badges during checkin. These badges are your entry passes for Saturday and Sunday and must be shown upon entry.

Vendors are permitted in the venue area during the following hours:

Friday: Vendor set up 1:00 pm - 6:15 pm (must be checked in by 4pm)

Saturday: 8:00 am - 5:15 pm

Sunday: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm

How to sign up as a Vendor:

To apply to be a 2026 OWTF Vendor, choose your desired vendor level based on the information below, fill out your application and pay your fee via PayPal. You will also have the option to purchase additional event T shirts, hats, and passes for your crew. After submitting your application, it will be reviewed by the OWTF team. Your application acceptance will be shown on your account on the website within 5 business days.

NOTE: Vendor trucks are not included in packages below, but can be added for Gold or VIP vendors.

Bronze Vendor Package

$500 + GST
