The Show

July 5th - 6th, 2025

Come out for not just one, but two whole days to see Canada’s best truck builds. Khaos Diesel Performance & Repairs will also be joining us with their mobile dyno, displaying the power behind as many trucks as we can get through in a weekend! The show will conclude on Sunday afternoon with awards for the winning builds.

Location

Easy to find, easy to park.

We are so excited to once again be hosting OWTF at the grounds of Pioneer Acres for an entire weekend! Located just outside of Irricana Alberta (35 minutes north-east of Calgary), Pioneer Acres is one of the largest agricultural and industrial history museums in Alberta.

This venue boasts a beautiful large green space between buildings of museums, such as The Truck Museum, Grain Academy, Blacksmith Shop, Crown School, and Historic Long House - just to name a few! These historic buildings provide an amazing backdrop for the show trucks and vendors. Most of these displays will be open for participant and spectator exploration during the show.

Vendors

There will be a wide variety of vendors showcasing their company's products and services. Vendors will be featured on our social media and posted here on the site closer to the show, so keep an eye out for updates!

Parking

There will be free spectator parking available on site.

Food

There will be tons of great food options from local food trucks and other concession options all weekend!

Single day entry is $15 per person
Or get a full weekend wristband for just $20

Kids 12 years and under are free
Lost, damaged, or stolen wristbands will not be replaced

No day of registration.
No stunting (including in the spectator parking lot and road in front of the venue).
No drugs.
No alcohol.
Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
Respect the venue and the individual museum rules.

Out West Truck Fest is not affiliated with any parking lot meets or street takeovers. We do not condone or support these gatherings on public or private property and highly discourage our attendees from participating in such events.
