Welcome to the Second Annual Out West Truck Fest! We are so excited to be welcoming back our first year vendors, as well as new vendors!

Info: 

Last year, Out West Truck Fest had over 1300 spectators through the gates during our one day event. Due to our venue size, we had to cap the number of show trucks and vendors we could accommodate. We had an additional 500 people between vehicle owners, volunteers and vendors, putting our total to about 1800 people in attendance! With a much larger venue this year, we are hoping to double in size!

This year, OWTF will be hosted at the grounds of Pioneer Acres, located just outside of Irricana Alberta - 35 minutes north/east of Calgary. This venue boasts a beautiful large green space between buildings of museums, such as The Truck Museum, Grain Academy, Blacksmith Shop, Crown School, and Historic Long House just to name a few. Most of which will be open for participant and spectator exploration during the show! This venue also comes with a huge spectator parking section, as well as a separate vendor only parking area for cargo trailers and non show vehicles. 

As requested, our vendors will be positioned right in the action this year, alongside the show trucks!

How to sign up as a Vendor: 

Vendor registration will be open April 8/23 - June 16/23 (*Payment must be received by June 16th*).

To apply, choose your desired vendor level based on the information below and fill out your application. The application will ask for: company info and logo, truck info for all trucks in your booth, names of crew members included in your booth, and shirt sizes for your Event Tshirts. You will also be given the option to purchase additional event T shirts for your crew (Note: there will be a limited number of event T shirts for sale the day of the show as well). After submitting your application, it will be reviewed by the OWTF team. You will be contacted via the email within 10 business days to confirm acceptance and provide you with an invoice. Please review your invoice and submit payment. Payment is accepted via E transfer or cheque (payment details will be on your invoice.)
